At Transpamanager, transparency is not just our service—it is our core value. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data with honesty and simplicity. We don’t hide behind complex legal jargon because we believe you deserve to know exactly what happens with your information.
1. Our "No-Nonsense" Data Promise
We do not sell your data. Ever.
We do not track you. We don’t follow your activity on other websites.
We only collect what is necessary. If it doesn't help manage your projects or secure your donations, we don't ask for it.
2. Information We Collect
To make Transpamanager work, we collect information in three ways:
Personal Information: When you sign up for a plan (Initial, Silver, Gold, or Platinum), we collect your name, email address, and organization details.
Project Data: We store the photos, reports, and financial updates you upload to prove the progress of your community projects.
Payment Information: Payments are handled by Stripe. Transpamanager does not store your full credit card details on our servers; we only receive a confirmation of payment.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information strictly to:
Manage your subscription and account access.
Display project progress to authorized donors and stakeholders.
Send you essential updates regarding your projects or account security.
Ensure the integrity and transparency of the funds being managed.
4. Cookies & Tracking (Our "Sober" Approach)
We use a "Privacy-First" technical approach. Unlike most websites, we use the absolute minimum number of cookies.
What we use:
Session Cookies (Essential): These allow you to stay logged into your dashboard. They disappear when you close your browser.
Security Cookies: Technical markers used by our payment processor (Stripe) to prevent fraud and protect your transactions.
What we DO NOT use:
No Marketing Cookies.
No Third-Party Tracking Pixels (like Facebook or Google trackers).
No Analytical profiling.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with high-level encryption. Since we manage projects like schools and health centers, we treat your data with the same seriousness as the physical infrastructure we help build. We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as required by law for financial auditing.
6. Your Rights
You are in control. At any time, you can:
Access, correct, or download your personal data.
Request the deletion of your account and associated data.
Ask for a detailed explanation of any data processing.
